Payment of Tuition
Southwest University of Visual Arts offers various options for payment of tuition and purchase of supplies. Students may choose to apply for Federal Financial Assistance or utilize one of Southwest University of Visual Arts' many payment plan options. Southwest University of Visual Arts is also approved for the training of Veteran students as well as those students with funding from Native-American tribes, state rehabilitation departments, the Department of Economic Security and other state approved training programs.
PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS
Southwest University of Visual Arts offers affordable and convenient options for students and parents to make payments on their tuition and supply costs.
All Southwest University of Visual Arts students are eligible for Southwest University of Visual Arts' payment plans. Students who are receiving Financial Aid may also utilize the payment plans to make payments on any portion of tuition not covered by their Financial Aid award amount. A payment plan may also be set up for books and supplies through PADS and Copies, the bookstore for Southwest University of Visual Arts. For more information on the supply payment plan, contact the Bookstore Manager in Tucson, AZ, at 520-918-0828 or in Albuquerque, NM, at 505-254-7575.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Acceptable forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, check or money order payable to Southwest University of Visual Arts or PADS and Copies. Non-payment of tuition may result in the ineligibility to utilize the payment plan or register for subsequent terms. Non-payment of supplies may result in the student being on a “cash only” status in the bookstore. Southwest University of Visual Arts and PADS and Copies reserves the right to assess late charges on past- due payments (late charges equal four percent (4%) of payment amount).
